There’s been a lot of talk and a lot of education on what does equity, diversity, and inclusion mean. Now it’s time to to take all the learnings and put it into practice.

I have worked for over two decades in different social services with helping different organizations in making change so that every child, youth, family, or community can receive the best level of support and services that are meaningful to them.
