3 questions for leaders to ask themselves as Black History Month comes to an end
Today marks the end of Black History Month, but the work needs to continue all year long.
I want leaders to take action. Start off by asking yourself these questions as you work to address anti-Black racism in your organization.
How do you continue your efforts to not only recognize Black existence, joy and excellence but to actively address anti-Black racism in your organization throughout the year?
How do you actively support Black employees with not only leadership and growth opportunities, but also creating environments where their opinions and thoughts are
How do your policies and procedures address when anti-Black racism shows up? How do you support Black staff who experience racism in the workplace?
Questions? I’m always here to talk. Contact me.
